Drug Case Dismissed in Delaware County Court

By mmdlaw
Wednesday, December 5th, 2012

As a result of filing a Motion to Quash on behalf of his client, an MM&D Criminal Defense Attorney  successfully had the entire case dismissed in the Court of Common Pleas.  After finding suspected marijuana pipes and a digital scale in a Villanova University dorm room, the Radnor Township Police arrested and charged the client with multiple drug offenses. At the Preliminary Hearing, the Magisterial District Judge held the case for trial.  Before trial, the firm’s Motion to Quash was granted and the case was over.  Both this client and his parents were pleased with this outcome.
