C. Curtis Norcini has been with the firm since 1996 and is the managing partner of the West Chester Office. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Speech/Communication from West Chester University and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Norcini currently sits as a Past President on the Board of the West Chester University Alumni Association.

Mr. Norcini has practiced in a variety of areas. Upon graduation from law school, he was employed with the Municipal Tax Bureau as a tax attorney collecting delinquent taxes on behalf of the City of Philadelphia. In 1995, he left the MTB and joined the Delaware County Office of the Public Defender where he served as a trial attorney in both the Juvenile and Adult criminal court systems. In 1996, Mr. Norcini joined the MM&D firm fulltime, where he continues to concentrate his practice in the area of criminal defense. Additionally, Mr. Norcini serves as a solicitor to several civic organizations and regional companies. He is a member of both the Delaware County and Chester County Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Mr. Norcini is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
