Thomas A. Musi, Jr.is a founding member of the firm and a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He attended Malvern Preparatory School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is a cum laude graduate of the Widener University School of Law. At Widener, he was a member of both the Moot Court Honor Society and the Law Journal, and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in property and land use planning. Tom is also a member of the Phi Alpha Beta Honor Society, the Widener University School of Law Alumni Board, and the Justinian Society. Mr. Musi is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has worked under President Judges A. Leo Sereni, Joseph F. Battle, Kenneth A. Clouse and Edward J. Zetusky Jr. He is an active member of the Delaware County Bar Association, Family Law Committee and the Juvenile Truancy Task Force. Tom is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also been accepted as an expert on the topic of the Rules of Civil Procedure in the Court of Common Pleas. Tom is a litigator who has vast courtroom experience. He has been involved with both minor and complex litigation. He prides himself on strong personal relationships with his clientele. The foundation of his business has been built upon client satisfaction and referrals. Tom lives in Newtown Square with his two children, Kaley and Tommy, III. |
