William E. Malone, JR is a founding member of the firm and a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Widener University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Malone was on the Board of the School’s Law Review, The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

Upon graduation from law school, Bill began private practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. He worked for firms representing insurance companies, employers and third party administrators.

Since the inception of Musi, Malone & Daubenberger,
Bill’s practice has largely concentrated in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, contract litigation and insurance defense. Bill has written and lectured in the areas of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law and Pennsylvania Automobile Insurance Law to insurance
companies, employers, third party administrators and fellow attorneys. Bill is also the Solicitor for the Zoning Hearing Board of Haverford Township, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Malone is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit of Appeals. Bill is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
