Marc R. Kamin is a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He graduated from Lower Merion School District’s Harriton High School in Rosemont in 2002. In 2006, Marc earned his degree of Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Marc concentrated in International Business with a secondary concentration in Spanish Language and Literature. During his undergraduate program, Marc also studied international business and language courses at the Institute for the International Education of Students and Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain. Marc earned his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. While attending law school, Marc worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Clinic, representing and advising indigent clients in criminal defense matters in Chester County. Marc also earned two Certificates of Achievement in Legal Methods and a Certificate of Achievement in Advanced Torts. Marc worked as a law clerk for MM&D for two years before graduating from Widener University School of Law in 2009. He is now an associate attorney at MM&D where he concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, estate planning and criminal defense. Marc is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. |
