Richard C. Daubenberger

Richard C. Daubenberger has been with the firm since 2001 and a partner since 2002. Mr. Daubenberger concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense, specializing in drug and narcotic cases. As a former Assistant District Attorney, Rich was involved with the Drug Task Force as well as Project Cease Fire, a joint effort with the United States Attorneys Office. Project Cease Fire involves imposing federal mandatory minimum sentences for violent offenders and/or drug offenders who possess firearms. Rich also served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert C. Wright in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.

Mr. Daubenberger received his Bachelor of Science
from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, graduating magna cum laude, specializing in public speaking. Rich received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Criminal Law Society. He previously worked for the Bergen County Public Defender’s Office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office before entering private practice.

Rich is a member of the state bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a member of the Delaware County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania
Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state trial and appellate
courts.
