Peter K. Maganas has been with Musi, Malone & Daubenberger, LLP since 2015. Pete is an associate attorney concentrating his practice in criminal defense as well as civil litigation and transactional work. Previously, Pete prosecuted cases in Philadelphia Municipal Court while at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office including, but not limited to, major drug cases, DUI, theft, and assault. For the last several years, he has worked side by side with Richard C. Daubenberger, Esquire representing clients in complex cases throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. In addition to trial litigation, Pete has extensive experience in litigating pretrial motions.
Pete is a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia region. He received his Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science from Temple University’s College of Liberal Arts. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law. During his law school career, Pete was a Dean’s List student and recipient of numerous Certificates of Achievement. He also participated in Temple’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy program.
Pete is the head of the expungement division of MMD as well as the criminal appellate division. Pete is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association and the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
