Michael F. Hyland has been with Musi, Malone & Daubenberger, LLP since 2017. Mike is a lifelong Philadelphia resident, having been born and raised in the heart of the city. Mike graduated from Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School in 2009, before heading to Queens, New York where he received a full academic Scholarship from St. John’s University and graduated with his BA in English in 2013.
Mike attended Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law with a faculty scholarship and graduated in 2017. While at the Beasley School of Law, Mike was involved with the nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Program and worked at the Defender’s Association of Philadelphia where he represented clients in a multitude of criminal cases including, but not limited to, weapon and drug cases, thefts, and assaults. Throughout his last year at Temple, Mike also worked on multiple cases under Pennsylvania’s Post Conviction Relief Act.
Since joining MMD, Mike has focused on workers’ compensation and civil litigation. Mike is admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
While not at the office, Mike volunteers his time coaching travel youth baseball and is heavily involved with Taney Youth Baseball Association in downtown Philadelphia.
